PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of woven fabric for environmentally-friendly vehicle seats using recycle PET (polyethylene terephthalate) yarn is provided to enhance rebound resilience and woven fabric manufacture similar to natural suede which has soft feeling. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of woven fabric for environmentally-friendly vehicle seats using recycle PET yarn comprises the following steps: weaving by spin-drawing using one or more of polyester yarns, air textured yarn and recycle PET high multi-yarn as a wrap thread and using one or more of low-melting fiber, recycle PET high multi-yarn, and air textured yarn as weft thread; extracting elution compounds inside the weaved fabric woven; napping or buffing surface of the woven fabric; and coating and drying rear side of the napped or buffed woven fabric with urethane resin composition. |
