PURPOSE: A natural food composition is provided to promote the peristaltic movement of the large intestine for the comfortable bowel movement of a user, and to prevent side effects. CONSTITUTION: A natural food composition for users with relatively weaker function of the bladder and large intestine than the stomach contains 4-56 wt% of psyllium husk powder, 15-35 wt% of cabbage powder, 7-13 wt% of apple powder, 7-13 wt% of barley powder and 15-35 wt% of pear powder. A natural food composition for users with relatively weaker function of the stomach than the bladder and large intestine contains 4-56 wt% of psyllium husk powder, 15-35 wt% of cabbage powder, 7-13 wt% of apple powder, 7-13 wt% of barley powder and 15-35 wt% of pear powder. A natural food composition for treating constipation of users with weaker function of the stomach than the bladder and large intestine contains 18-54 wt% of psyllium husk powder, 30-50 wt% of cabbage powder, 15-25 wt% of apple powder, and 1-7 wt% of dandelion powder. |
