PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly enhance the precision of read processing using a moving image.SOLUTION: A character recognition processing unit 11 inputs a moving image of a character string generated by a camera 2 having a moving image photographing function, and repeatedly executes processing for recognizing a character included in an image for one frame. An analysis processing unit 12 verifies each character recognition result along a time axis in character units, determines a recognition result whose appearance rate in recognition processing continuously performed a predetermined number of times or more exceeds a predetermined reference value, and outputs the determined recognition result to an input/output interface 14. |
