PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anion exchange resin or the like having properties hard to be changed even when an oxidizer is present in water for treatment.SOLUTION: An anion exchange resin is used for an ion exchange means 33 or the like treating water for treatment by passing therethrough the water for treatment containing an oxidizer. In the anion exchange resin, a polyelectrolyte having an acid charge group is added to the anion exchange resin so as to suppress oxidation by the oxidizer contained in the water for treatment.
