PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional additive using chamaecyparis obtuse, and food containing the functional additive are provided to offer the functionalities of terpene and phytoncide to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional additive using chamaecyparis obtuse comprises the following steps: collecting chamaecyparis obtuse leaves from branches of the chamaecyparis obtuse, and washing the leaves; mixing 20-50vol% of washed chamaecyparis obtuse leaves with 50-80vol% of water, and inserting the mixture into an oil extracting compressor for extracting chamaecyparis obtuse oil for 3-9 hours at 105-150 deg C; concentrating a residual chamaecyparis obtuse oil residual solution; freezing and aging the concentrated chamaecyparis obtuse oil residual solution for 10 days; and mixing the aged chamaecyparis obtuse oil residual solution with the chamaecyparis obtuse oil. |
