PARTICLE SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD OF SEPARATING PARTICLE FROM SOLUTION USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Particle separation device and particle separation method are provided to improve the particle separation efficiency by preventing closure of a pore by capturing a particle inside solution with a distance by dielectrophoresis introduced to the particle existing in the electric field. CONSTITUTION: A particle separation device separating particle and medium in solution from the solution includes a body (100) and an electrode (200) prepared on the body. A plurality of pores (142) spaced apart with each other are formed on the body. The electrode forms a non-uniform electric field due to application of an external power. The electrode includes a first electrode (210) and a second electrode (220) connected to an opposite polarity terminal of the external power. More than one pore in the pores forming a pore array contacts with the first electrode or the second electrode.
