PURPOSE: A method of a secure communication between mobile terminals and an apparatus thereof are provided to encrypt a voice or video packet stream to be transmitted to an opponent terminal through a packet key that only the opponent terminal can know, thereby securely transmitting the packet stream. CONSTITUTION: A session blind key receiving unit (140) receives a second session blind key about a communication session of a second terminal from the second terminal. A symmetric packet key generating unit (150) generates a symmetric key for a packet to be transmitted from a first terminal using the second session blind key. A packet key stream generating unit (160) generates a packet key stream using the symmetric key. A packet encryption unit (170) encrypts the packet to be transmitted using the packet key stream. The packet encryption unit transmits the encrypted packet to the second terminal.
