PURPOSE: A jig for mounting a magnet of a motor is provided to determine failure by inspecting the bonding position of the magnet. CONSTITUTION: A jig (G) for mounting a magnet of a motor includes a pair of levers (100) which is combined with a turntable by a hinge; a fixing device (200) which is installed on the lever for mounting the magnet; a spring (300) which delivers elastic force to move the fixing device to the inner side of a motor case; a driving cylinder (400) which delivers driving power to the lever; and a laser sensor (500) which measures the distance between the levers. The jig sets the distance between the levers as a reference value when the magnet is bonded on a right position of the motor case, determines the bonding position of the magnet as normal if the distance between the levers is within a reference value range, and determines the bonding position of the magnet as abnormal if the distance between the levers is over or below than the reference value. |
