摘要 PURPOSE: Ribbon cloth using synthetic a resin film is provided to have a thin thickness, improve flexibility and print quality and reduce production costs and processes, thereby cutting costs and recycling material. CONSTITUTION: Ribbon cloth using a synthetic resin film comprises a synthetic resin film (20) in which one selected from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) is included and a top surface is treated with corona in order to have a surface tension of 20-60 dyne/cm and an ink-absorbing layer (30) which consists of 5-15 wt% of isopropyl alcohol in 5-30 wt% of water, 40-65 wt% of polyvinyl alcohol resin (PVA) solution of 10%, 5-15 wt% of inorganic filler, 3-10 wt% of cationic polymer, 1-10 wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate resin (EVA) and 0.1-10 wt% of additive, is formed on the top surface of the synthetic resin film treated with corona and processed in order to have a coating thickness of 10-50 um.
