PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse electric pressurization thermal processing device, capable of applying a uniform pressure over the whole area of a powdery material filled in a mold.SOLUTION: A pulse electric pressurization thermal processing device is configured so that a material is filled in a sealed space surrounded by a cylindrical mold provided inside a vacuum chamber and two facing electrodes installed inside the mold in such a manner that at least one of them is vertically slidable, and the material is made into a sintered body by an electric heat generated by supplying a pulse current while applying a pressing force by both the electrodes to the material. The device is provided with a dynamic loading mechanism which dynamically loads the material by repeatedly vertically moving the slidable electrode which places the pressing force on the material.
