PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology field of concrete for a scour tunnel used for a scour bypass tunnel structure reducing earth and sand flowing in a dam reservoir, and of a method of constructing the scour bypass tunnel structure using the concrete for sour tunnel.SOLUTION: Concrete 12 for scour tunnel is used for a scour bypass tunnel structure 10 of a dam. In the concrete 12, a water cement rate of the concrete is 35%, a fine aggregate rate is 25%, and a copper slag fine aggregate is mixed in an amount of 30% of the thin aggregate volume of the concrete.
