PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-treating particle capable of adsorbing an underwater removal target substance, and allowing the separation of adsorbed matter, and allowing the recovery and the repeated recycling of the water-treating particle, and to provide a water treatment method utilizing the same.SOLUTION: A water-treating particle adsorbs water-insoluble substance in water for treatment, settles together with the water-insoluble substance, and is separated from the water-insoluble substance in a deposit, is recovered, and is repeatedly used. The water-treating particle includes: a core part consisting of an inorganic substance having specific gravity larger than 1; and a surface layer part containing triazine carried by the core part and a compound having an amino group added to the triazine. |
