PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rotary electric machine and an adjustment tool which are configured to mechanically precisely adjust a reference position of a resolver stator and also reduce operation time.SOLUTION: According to a method of manufacturing a rotary electric machine of an embodiment, an induction voltage waveform of a stator coil is displayed on a display unit by using, as a trigger signal, a Z phase pulse signal outputted every time a reference point of a resolver rotor passes through a reference position. A fitting angle of a resolver stator is adjusted via a tool so as to reduce time interval between a zero-cross point of the induction voltage waveform and pulse generation timing of the Z phase pulse signal, and the resolver stator is fitted to a rotary electric machine body. |
