PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administrative operation management system capable of automatizing management of administrative operations to which common management rules are applied while ensuring autonomy of each administrative body, a method and program.SOLUTION: The administrative operation management system for automatically managing administrative operations of administration bodies has an information processing unit which generates an input screen of a specific administrative document regarding application or registration related to an administrative service offered by a certain administrative body on the basis of information on the specific administrative document acquired by accessing information stored in a database when receiving a request to generate the specific document, and processes a new document regarding application or registration generated on the basis of input data entered via the input screen in accordance with management rules defined for the specific administrative document. |
