PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece feed device capable of simplifying manufacturing processes and contributing to cost reduction.SOLUTION: A workpiece feed device is configured to feed a workpiece into a processing device, processing the workpiece in an airtight state, in the airtight state from the outside. The workpiece feed device includes a feed tube 13 constituted to penetrate the inside and outside of the processing device. The feed tube 13 includes: a linear portion 131 penetrating the inside and outside of the processing device; and an expansion portion 132 adjoining the linear portion 131 on an upstream side of the linear portion 131; wherein the linear portion 131 and the expansion portion 132 are formed individually.
