PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic in which powder disperses uniformly, and which is excellent in a sense of use at application.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains an intermediate bulk formed by mixing an inorganic powder (C) having an average particle size of 1 nm to 10 μm with a combination of a solid wax (A) and an oil (B) being liquid at 25°C, which has been melted at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the component (A), and subsequently has been cooled to a temperature lower than the melting point of the melted combination, and dispersing the inorganic powder therein at 0-50°C. |
