PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a highly-accurate calibration from one observational data.SOLUTION: A method for creating a calibration curve comprises steps of: (a) obtaining observational data about a plurality of samples of a test object; (b) obtaining a content of a target component about each of the samples; (c) estimating a plurality of independent components when separating components for each of the samples into the plurality of independent components and obtaining a mixed coefficient corresponding to the target component for each of the samples; and (d) obtaining a regression formula of a calibration. The step (c) includes a step of obtaining an independent component matrix, by executing first preprocessing including normalization of the observational data, second preprocessing including whitening, and independent component analytical processing in this order. Normalization is executed after processing by a null-space projection method in the first preprocessing. |
