PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe member for sterilization with which fluid can be efficiently sterilized with simpler constitution, and to provide a sterilizing apparatus with the same.SOLUTION: A pipe member 100 has an inner pipe 10, an outer pipe 20, and an ultraviolet LED 30. The inner pipe 10 includes a material scattering and transmitting ultraviolet rays. The out pipe 20 includes a material reflecting ultraviolet rays. The outer pipe 20 has a circumferential wall in which a hole part 23 is formed. The outer pipe 20 is arranged outside the inner pipe 10 so as to surround the inner pipe 10. The ultraviolet LED 30 is arranged outside an outer surface 13 of the inner pipe 10, and irradiates the outer surface 13 of the inner pipe 10 with ultraviolet rays through the hole part 23. |
