PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module body in which a sealing material can be prevented from adhering to the front surface of a light-transmissive substrate and the rear surface of a rear face protective member, without generating waste during each manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A solar cell module body 10 comprises: a solar cell 12; a light-transmissive substrate 11 arranged on a light-receiving surface side of the solar cell 12; a rear face protective member 14 arranged on a side opposite to the light-receiving surface side of the solar cell 12; a sealing material 13 for sealing the solar cell 12 between the light-transmissive substrate 11 and the rear face protective member 14; a peripheral edge attachment member 15 attached to cover a portion between an end face 11b, which is at a peripheral edge of the light-transmissive substrate 11, and an end face 14b, which is at a peripheral edge of the rear face protective member 14; and an opening 15c provided at a portion, of the peripheral edge attachment member 15, which is abutted to the end face 11b at the peripheral edge of the light-transmissive substrate 11 and the end face 14b at the peripheral edge of the rear face protective member 14. |
