PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen scroll device for scrolling a display screen by the intuitive operation of a user while preventing the display screen from being scrolled by the incorrect operation of the user.SOLUTION: In a displacement scroll state since touch coordinates are input to coordinate input means 3 until release coordinates are input, control means 5 performs control to scroll a display screen with displacement quantity corresponding to the change vector of each input coordinate. In an inertia scroll state after the release coordinates are input, the control means 5 performs control to scroll the display screen with displacement quantity corresponding to a scroll distance as the total sum of distances between the touch coordinates, sampling coordinates and release coordinates read from coordinate storage means 4. For example, the control means 5 performs control to perform the inertial scroll of the display screen with the displacement quantity corresponding to the distance with which a user has traced the screen of a touch panel. |
