PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system that reduces a load of collecting measurement data and is capable of integrally managing the collected measurement data without adding significant changes to a machine, an inspection machine and a measurement instrument which have different display modes of measurement result, even when these instruments are mixed.SOLUTION: Display means 12a and 12b display a measurement result measured by each of instruments (11a and 11b). Display image extraction means 13a and 13b extract a display image that shows the measurement result to be displayed on the display means 12a and 12b. Extraction rule storage means 15, for each position in the display image showing the measurement result of each instrument, stores an extraction rule that regulates a method to extract management data from an image to be displayed at the position. Management data extraction means 14 extracts the management data from the display image extracted by the display image extraction means 13a and 13b, on the basis of the extraction rule. |
