PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device of an internal combustion engine, capable of improving durability of a reductant injector.SOLUTION: An engine 1 including an SCR (selective catalyst reduction) catalyst 41 that purifies NOby adding a urea aqueous solution thereto and a urea addition valve 230 that adds the urea aqueous solution thereto, wherein a controller 80 performs split injection of the urea aqueous solution a plurality of times from the urea addition valve 230 by dividing a urea addition amount set based on an engine operating status a plurality of times, and the controller 80 is shifted to the injection form of the urea aqueous solution to one injection from the split injection if the controller adds the urea aqueous solution under a condition at an exhaust gas temperature not less than a predetermined value while fuel is cut. |
