PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system that makes it possible to perform communication at high speed with high reliability in a large scale network.SOLUTION: In a communication system according to the present invention, when a communication failure is detected, a management device issues an instruction to relay communication with a sub-network, to which a node under a communication disabled state belongs, to a sub-network adjacent to the sub-network. Among boundary nodes belonging to the adjacent sub-network to which the instruction is issued, a boundary node having a link to a boundary node belonging to the sub-network starts an operation to relay the communication between the sub-network and the management device and instructs a boundary node connected through a link to perform the communication with the management device via the adjacent sub-network. The boundary node instructed to perform the communication with the management device via the adjacent sub-network starts an operation corresponding to instruction contents. |
