PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and inexpensively change a size of an aperture of a vent hole for adjusting an air flowing amount, without modifying a mold of a member forming the aperture of the vent hole each time.SOLUTION: In a housing structure 20, there is provided a vent hole 33 for passing air between an inner part 20A and an outer part 20B of the housing structure 20. The vent hole 33 includes a changeable ventilating/closing mechanism 40 capable of expanding/reducing a ventilation cross-section for ventilating air through the vent hole 33. A rotation side vent closing part 45 expands or reduces a range of a vent aperture portion 38 for closing in partial ventilation disablement by a relative rotation angle against an external aperture 37 of a rotation closing member 41. A range for closing the vent aperture portion 38 into partial ventilation disablement by the rotation side vent closing part 45 depends on a relative rotation angle against the external aperture 37 of the rotation closing member 41 and becomes closed for ventilation disablement along an aperture circumferential direction of the external aperture 37 of the vent hole 33.
