DNA APTAMER SPECIFICALLY BINDING TO INVASION PLASMID ANTIGEN H PROTEIN FROM SHIGELLA SONNEI AND ITS USE

PURPOSE: A DNA aptamer is provided to allow confirmation of Shigella sonnei by specifically detecting Shigella sonnei IpaH protein in a biological sample as the DNA aptamer has an activity of specifically binding to the Shigella sonnei IpaH protein. CONSTITUTION: A DNA aptamer specifically binds to Invasion plasmid antigen H (IpaH) protein of Shigella sonnei. The DNA aptamer is a nucleotide having a base sequence having a similarity of 90% or more of one base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 19. The DNA aptamer is an oligonucleotide having one base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 to 19. A composition for detecting Shigella sonnei includes the DNA aptamer as an active ingredient. A kit for detecting Shigella sonnei includes the DNA aptamer as an active ingredient.
