PURPOSE: A method for playing animation in a mobile terminal and an apparatus thereof are provided to provide animation of more realistic web contents in response to external input information. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit (150) receives more than one content by being connected to the network. A display unit (130) displays the received content. A control unit (190) controls the display unit to display the content. The control unit judges the generation of an interaction event while the content is displayed. If the interaction event is generated, the control unit plays animation of a determined target.
