PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient protection capability for a high current flowing through a power transistor while ensuring a tolerance of an overcurrent protection circuit to ringing.SOLUTION: The overcurrent protection circuit includes: an overcurrent detection circuit 161 for generating an overcurrent detection signal when an output current flowing through a power transistor exceeds a first reference value; a blanking circuit 163 for generating an overcurrent protection signal when the overcurrent detection signal lasts over a blanking time; and a blanking time control circuit 162 for controlling the blanking time of the blanking circuit in proportion to the magnitude of the output current flowing through the power transistor while the overcurrent detection circuit generates the overcurrent detection signal. |
