PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of reducing a cavernous resonance sound and suppressing absorption of a puncture sealant, and to provide a simple production method of the pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire is characterized in that a plurality of water-repellent short fibers 10 are fixed on an inner circumferential surface of the tire. There is provided a production method of the pneumatic tire, which includes: applying an adhesive to the inner circumferential surface of the tire; and bonding the plurality of water-repellent short fibers 10 to a portion coated with the adhesive. There is further provided a production method of the pneumatic tire, which includes: applying an adhesive to the inner circumferential surface of the tire; bonding a plurality of short fibers 10 to a portion coated with the adhesive; and applying water-repellent processing to a portion where the short fibers 10 are bonded. |
