PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety valve which suppresses exchange frequency and ensures reliability easily.SOLUTION: A safety valve 38 is connected to a channel. The safety valve 38 includes a blockade material accommodation part 140 and a metal blockade material 142. The blockade material accommodation part 140 has a communicating path 158. The communicating path 158 communicates a channel with the outside of the channel. The metal blockade material 142 is contained in the communicating path 158 to block the communicating path 158. A protective coating 144, which protects the metal blockade material 142 from fluid in the channel 120, adheres tightly to an opposed surface 180 facing the channel among the metal blockade material 142. |
