PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem existing in a conventional method, in which voice processing as to a recording level or the like to alleviate noises generated at a camera internal is performed regardless of a ratio between a voice to be recorded and a noise generated at a camera internal; that is, a problem that adaptive processing according to a ratio between an external voice to be recorded and an internal noise is not executed, and a frequency filter is uniformly applied, so that a suitable voice recording cannot be performed.SOLUTION: A sound recording device includes: a microphone for taking in a voice as an electric signal; a first filter for performing filter processing to a voice signal taken in from the microphone; a second filter for performing filter processing to a voice signal taken in from the microphone; one or a plurality of driving mechanisms which generate a noise; and operating means for starting an operation of the driving mechanism. The sound recording device is configured so that by employing a driving signal to activate the driving mechanism as a trigger, in accordance with a level of a voice signal having passed through the first filter, a characteristic of the second filter is changed. |
