PURPOSE: A power-saving plug supplies power for a time set by a user so that a loss of power supplied to an electronic device is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A power unit (10) supplies power to an outlet (2). When a user selection mode set by a mode setting unit (20) is determined, a timer (30) performs timing operation according to a user set time. The user set time passes, a controller (40) cut off the power supply. A relay (60) is switched according to control signals of the controller. A reference time passes, a switching controller (10) automatically releases a connection of the timer with the power unit.
