PURPOSE: A micro-electronic device and a micro-electronic device formation method thereof are provided to improve the density of electrodes by including an anisotropic conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A micro-electronic device includes a first circuit board (110) and a second circuit board (210). A first electrode (120) is installed on the first circuit board. An insulation layer (300) covers the first electrode. An anisotropic conductive layer (400) is arranged on the insulation layer. The second circuit board faces to the first circuit board by including the anisotropic conductive layer. The second circuit board includes a second electrode (220).
