PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel, and an organic electroluminescence display using the same.SOLUTION: A pixel includes: an organic light emitting diode coupled between a first node and a second power source; a first transistor coupled between a first power source and the first node, and including a gate electrode coupled to a second node; a second transistor for supplying a data signal to the second node in response to a supplied scan signal; a third transistor including a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically coupled to each other, the third transistor being coupled between the first power source and the second node; and a fourth transistor having a source electrode and a drain electrode electrically coupled to each other, the fourth transistor being coupled between the second node and the first node. This configuration allows a conventionally used channel doping mask to be omitted from manufacturing processes, and thereby can provide a pixel having a simple structure with reduced manufacturing time and manufacturing costs, and an organic electroluminescence display using the pixel. |
