PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding element in which more reliable insulation can be ensured near the root of a terminal while downsizing furthermore.SOLUTION: A winding element DA includes a coil 1A having a pair of first and second terminals 5A-1, 5A-2 being led out, a core 2A housing the coil 1A in which first and second through holes 3Ae-1, 3Ae-2 for terminals that pass a magnetic flux generated from the coil 1A and interconnect the inside and the outside, and first and second insulation members 6A-1, 6A-2 for terminals including cylinder parts 6Aa-1, 6Aa-2 having an external shape corresponding to that of the first and second through holes 3Ae-1, 3Ae-2 for terminals, and flanges 6Ab-1, 6Ab-2 standing from the outer periphery of the cylinder parts 6Aa-1, 6Aa-2 and extending to the radial outside. |
