PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device, power supply control method, and power interchange system that slow the deterioration speed of a storage battery and lengthen the life of the storage battery.SOLUTION: A power supply control device comprises: a power switching unit which switches the flow of power among a regular power supply for supplying power, a storage battery capable of charging and discharging, and a load; and a control unit which performs switch control of the power switching unit. The control unit adopts a configuration to shift the storage battery to a dormant state in which the storage battery is not charged or discharged until a set dormant time period passes (S34, S36, S37) when the storage battery is switched from a charging state to a discharging state or when the storage battery is switched from the discharging state to the charging state, and to control the power switch unit such that power supply can be done from the regular power supply to the load at the time of dormant state (S45). |
