摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of easing stress generated on a thermoelectric element when the thermoelectric conversion module is driven.SOLUTION: A first substrate 10 and a second substrate 20 are oppositely disposed. The first substrate 10 is composed of a first insulation substrate 11 and a first electrode layer 12 joined with the first insulation substrate 11. A second substrate 20 is composed of a second insulation substrate 21 and a second electrode layer 22 joined with the second insulation substrate 21. One ends of N-type thermoelectric element 31 and P-type thermoelectric element 32 are joined to the first electrode layer 12, and the other ends of the N-type thermoelectric element 31 and the P-type thermoelectric element 32 are joined to the second electrode layer 22. In the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer 22, at a part which does not oppose to the thermoelectric elements 31 and 32, first notch portions 13 and 23, and second notch portions 14 and 24 are formed.
