PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque detector in which variance in output of a magnetic sensor can be reduced, and an electrically-driven power steering device with the same.SOLUTION: A torque detector comprises a first magnetizing ring 41 and a second magnetizing ring 42. The magnetizing rings 41, 42 include separate portions 41C, 42C which are formed as discontinuous portions in a circumferential direction, first end portions 41D, 42D and second end portions 41E, 42E. The torque detector has a first restriction structure LS1 and a second restriction structure LS2 for restricting relative approaches of the first end portions 41D, 42D and the second end portions 41E, 42E. The restriction structures LS1, LS2 include first coupling parts 41F, 42F formed in the first end portions 41D, 42D and the second end portions 41E, 42E and a second coupling part 59 which is fitted to the first coupling parts 41F, 42F. |
