PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply configured and compact cutter based on the method of a new use specialized for cutting of a cap end ring, since recycling of plastic bottles is started to be achieved to satisfy a recent request for resource saving and cap end rings left in used plastic bottles must be cut and sorted for the recycling.SOLUTION: An internal cutter blade is abutted on a cap end ring from above by being put over a bottle mouth part, and the cap end ring is pressed and cut like a guillotine, and at the same time, the cap end ring is set to one side by a cutter cover for covering, and thereby assuring cutting from above. |
