PURPOSE: A polysulfone-based porous asymmetric membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to optimize a polymer solution used in the casting process of a membrane, to control the size of pores between the surface and back side of the membrane in a manufacturing process, and to improve physical properties such as gas flow quantity, permeated flow quantity, accumulated flow quantity, etc. and a usage cycle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polysulfone-based porous asymmetric membrane includes the following steps: a step of casting a polymer solution containing a polysulfone-based polymer on a supporting unit; a step of controlling the size of pores on a membrane surface by exposing the surface, on which the polymer solution is cast, to the air containing vapor of 20-70>= for 2-60 seconds; and a step of solidifying this by dipping in a coagulation tub, and peeling from the supporting unit. An acid-based non-solvent of less than 2 weight% is contained in the polymer solution. The acid-based non-solvent is any one selected from a group composed of nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, carbonic acid and propionic acid. The supporting unit is a metal material of -5-12>=. The cast polymer solution is maintained at the temperature of 23-70>=, and controls the size of pores at the back side of the membrane with temperature differences between supporting units. |
