METHOD FOR IMMOBILIZATION OF TRYPSIN ON CHITOSAN NON-WOVEN USING GLUTARALDEHYDE

PURPOSE: A method for fixing trypsin on a chitosan non-woven fabric using glutaraldehyde is provided to have air permeability and hygroscopicity as well as durability, lightweight, convenience, and economically efficient. CONSTITUTION: A method for fixing trypsin on a chitosan non-woven fabric comprises the steps of: treating the non-woven fabric with 0.1-15 % (v/v) of glutaraldehyde at pH 7-11 for 10-900 minutes for crosslinking glutaraldehyde; and reacting the glutaraldehyde-crosslinked chitosan non-woven fabric and trypsin for fixation.
