PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element that suppresses deviation in current density and has even light emission from a light-emitting layer.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element according to the present invention includes: a semiconductor stacked structure including a sequential stack of a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer, a second semiconductor layer on a substrate; first pad electrodes provided on the first semiconductor layer; and second pad electrodes provided on the second semiconductor layer, and is capable of light extraction on the substrate side. The light-emitting layer has an outer end surface with a circular shape in a plan view, the first pad electrodes are disposed so as to be surrounded by the light-emitting layer, and the second pad electrodes are disposed in a region between the first pad electrodes. |
