PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support interchange between groups and communities while accommodating to a real-time communication situation change in a real space.SOLUTION: Dialogue attribute information representing attributes in a dialogue in a group GR to which a user of a communication terminal device 10 belongs is extracted for every predetermined time interval. The dialogue attribute information extracted thereby is registered to dialogue attribute information DB 333 and updated as needed such that dialogue attribute information corresponding to real-time dialogue is registered in the dialogue attribute information DB 333. Similarity of the dialogue attribute information is calculated as similarity information, and another group whose calculated similarity satisfies a predetermined condition is recommended to the user of the communication terminal device 10.
