PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron donor supply agent and an environment cleaning method using the same.SOLUTION: An electron donor supply agent, which is used for a biological treatment by microorganisms and made of biodegradable resin supplying an electron donor to the microorganisms, is a composite body of the biodegradable resin and acid releasing resin. After the supply agent is added to a substance to be processed, the acid releasing resin hydrolyzes the biodegradable resin and a resolvent of the acid releasing resin bleeds from the biodegradable resin to act on the microorganisms.
