PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high cleaning effect by enabling dust sticking on a brush to be removed.SOLUTION: A resin sealing device 100 including an upper mold 106A, a lower mold 106B capable of relatively approaching and leaving the upper mold 106A, and a brush 150 cleaning metal mold surfaces 107A, 107B of the upper mold 106A and the lower mold 106B includes a cleaning bar 153 capable of colliding against the brush 150 by (relative) displacement, and the brush 150 includes a rotating shaft 150A and rotates by rotation of the rotating shaft 150A, so that the brush 150 and cleaning bar 153 collide against each other. |
