PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire excellent in flat spot resisting performance and road holding.SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire layered in sequence with: a belt 4 composed of a cord in which, with carcass 3, as a framework, extending in a toroidal shape between a pair of bead cores 2 and winding back around the bead cores 2 from an inner side in tire width direction to an outer side at both ends, respectively, in a radial direction outside of a crown part 11 of the carcass 3, around the core with two strings of core filament in parallel, a sheath consisting of 5-7 strings of the sheath filament twisted in circumference of the core, is arranged; and a belt reinforcing layer 5 composed of the cord with two chemical fiber having different degree of elasticity twisted, the tire is equipped with a bead part reinforcing layer 6 in which ply, composed of the cord having a larger degree of the elasticity than the cord constituting the ply of the carcass 3, is wound around each of the bead cores 2. |
