An input signal is input into bases of Q1, Q2, an emitter of Q1 and an emitter of Q3 are connected together, an emitter of Q2 and an emitter of Q4 are connected together, a collector of Q1 is connected to a power supply V2, a collector of Q2 is connected to a power supply V1, a collector of Q3 is connected to the power supply V1, a collector of Q4 is connected to the power supply V2, and the bias circuit 20 is connected between a base of Q3 and a base of Q4. The amplification circuit 100e further includes transistors Q43, Q44, Q53, Q54, Q113, Q114, resistances R115, R116 and ripple removal filters 61, 62. |
