PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for continuously broadcasting broadcast data by flexibly relaying the broadcast data through any path.SOLUTION: A broadcasting device includes: a segment receiving unit 102, a relay control unit 108 and a relay transmitting unit 112 for exchanging data with another broadcasting device by using segments other than at least one segment specified as a viewing segment out of a plurality of segments of a broadcasting signal, the plurality of segments being subjected to frequency division multiplexing; and a viewing transmitting unit 116 for broadcasting a signal by allocating the data obtained by the exchange to the viewing segment. |
