PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult to make an operation associated with teaching efficient in a conventional method of structuring a teaching program.SOLUTION: A teaching device includes: a library 41 in which a plurality of operation instructions specifying operations of a robot 3 are stored; a teaching program storage section 45 in which a teaching program, specifying an operation to be performed by the robot 3 with an array of a plurality of the operation instructions selected from the library 41 along a flow of the operation, is stored; and a library update section which updates the library 41. The library update section adds, with the plurality of operation instructions arranged successively as one instruction group, the instruction group to the library 41 for the operation specified by the teaching program according to a frequency of generation of the instruction group in the operation. |
