PURPOSE: An amine compound is provided to be able to provide an organic light emitting device having a low driving voltage, high brightness, high efficiency and long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An amine compound is represented by Chemical formula 1, wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are, independently, substituted or non-substituted C6-60 aryl or substituted or non-substituted C2-60 heteroaryl, X1 is substituted or non-substituted C6-60 arylene or substituted or non-substituted C2-60 heteroarylene, and m is an integer of 1-5. An organic light emitting device (10) comprises a first electrode (13); a second electrode (17) facing the first electrode; and an organic layer (15) interposed between the first and second electrodes. The organic layer includes at least one kind of amine compound.
