PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert with high reliability and safety that has a suspension structure for accurately attenuating external force due to vibration energy of a giant earthquake and is free of an accidental fall of an object of suspension.SOLUTION: An insert (10) comprises a holder (20) which has a sphere holding space (23) therein and is fixed to a ceiling part (70) of a building structure, and a sphere (30) which is rotatably held in the sphere holding space (23) of the holder.
